At AXA Partners, we plant a tree for every new recruit (with a permanent contract) /strong /pbr /pWe are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven strongExperienced Recruiter /strong to lead the search of talent, coordinate recruitment process and stakeholders in a distributed talent acquisition environment. In this role, you will oversee and streamline the sourcing workflow for both support functions (IT, Finance, HR..) and management the assessment and selection of agents/volume profiles. You will act as the primary liaison for hiring managers, and provide strategic support to the central leadership team across Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey and Greece. /ppThis position is ideal for who thrives on driving consistency, seeking talent via various channels, optimizing processes, and delivering a smooth and inclusive candidate and stakeholder experience - all while operating within a globally distributed, cross-functional team. /p ullistrongWorkflow Coordination: /strong Build and action the sourcing strategy to ensure smooth handoffs and timely progress for each role. /lilistrongTalent Search and Identification: /strongLeverages various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases to identify potential candidates who match the job requirements. /lilistrongCandidate Outreach: /strongEngage with prospective candidates through cold calls, emails, and social media messaging to generate interest in upcoming or open positions. /lilistrongScreening and Qualification: /strongConduct initial screening to assess candidates#39; skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring they meet the criteria set by recruiters or hiring managers. /lilistrongSupport for In-Country Stakeholders: /strong Collaborate closely with regional Head of Talent to align processes, share resources, and coordinate across multiple time zones and regions. /lilistrongCandidate Experience: /strong Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate journey through structured communication, timely feedback loops, and a strong focus on employer brand touchpoints. /lilistrongReporting Analysis: /strong Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular updates and insights to global stakeholders. /lilistrongProcess Improvement: /strong Identify and implement enhancements to recruitment operations, documentation, and coordination practices within a distributed hiring model. /lilistrongCompliance Standards: /strong Maintain documentation and process alignment with internal policies, data privacy laws, and regional hiring regulations. /li /ulbr /ulli3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, screening, process coordination and stakeholder engagement. A proven track record in headhunting or active searching candidates in essential /liliExperience supporting or partnering with in-country HR teams across multiple geographies. /liliProven ability to work across time zones and cultures /liliStrong project and relationship management skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. /liliFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools (e.g., ICIM#39;s would be beneficial). /liliAbility to analyse data and use insights to inform hiring decisions and process improvements. /liliPassion for operational excellence and inclusive hiring practices. /liliNative/fluent in Dutch and English.
