Our client is an international company active in healthcare. The company is located in Zaventem and is looking for reinforcement for their customer service team through Hays. They are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team and motivated colleagues.
Your new role
As a Customer Installation Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing installation orders for large medical devices, with a strong focus on accurate order entry and full coordination throughout the order-to-cash cycle. This includes validating order details, ensuring correct system input, tracking progress, and supporting invoicing and credit processes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams such as project management, customer service, finance, logistics, and the warehouse to ensure smooth and timely execution. The role requires proactive follow-up, cross-functional alignment, and a structured approach to handling complex installations.
Your profile
Hays Brussels is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written English, every other language is a plus. Your focus will be on the UK market. You love to be in contact with clients & an international working atmosphere. Finally, you are able to work with short deadlines, prioritize your tasks and able to handle unexpected challenges. Experience in Customer Service and the full Order-to-Cash process is a must.
