Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Director with agenda management and meetings coordination
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations and ad-hoc materials for meetings, take notes where necessary and draft summaries/action points' follow up
* Conduct brief internal and external stakeholder communications on behalf of the General Director
* Managing and coordinating the office agenda (visits of clients and other external stakeholders, etc.)
* Handle office matters such as access badges, office supplies, and kitchen maintenance, oversee office-related invoices, liaise with external suppliers where necessary
About You:
* You have an excellent knowledge of French and English (business languages), ideally combined with a (very) good knowledge of German and/or Dutch
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Management or Executive Assistant, Office Manager, etc.)
* You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* You have a passion for administration, coordination, and organization
* You have excellent communication and organization skills
* You are proactive, active, and reactive
* You are positive, service-minded, and adaptive
* You can cope with stress, are service-minded, and detailed-oriented
