Transformation Program Director
For one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Director with deep Property & Casualty (P&C) expertise to lead a multi-year transformation of core insurance platforms and target architecture. This role will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide solutions, harmonised P&C products, and streamlined business processes across multiple lines of business.
The Program Director will operate at executive level, reporting jointly into the COO and CTO, and working in close alignment with the CIO, as well as senior business, technology, and group-level stakeholders. This is a highly visible and business-critical role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a complex transformation across one of the Client group's most significant operating regions.
The role will lead the Client's Benelux P&C transformation through the initial design and mobilisation phases and onwards into delivery, with accountability across all in-scope P&C lines of business and associated workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full programme lifecycle, from transformation strategy and target operating model design through to planning, implementation, and rollout.
* Own the delivery of the new P&C core platform and target architecture, with a strong focus on standardisation and minimal localisation.
* Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology, ensuring alignment between regional objectives and global strategy.
* Direct complex, multi-vendor delivery models, balancing business outcomes with technical and architectural considerations.
* Establish and maintain robust programme governance, benefits realisation, and sustainable capability building within the organisation.
* Adapt delivery plans to evolving strategic, regulatory, and market priorities.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven track record leading large-scale insurance transformation programmes, ideally within P&C environments.
* Strong experience delivering core system modernisation and enterprise architecture transformations.
* Extensive multi-vendor and SI management experience within complex delivery landscapes.
* Executive-level stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and group leadership.
