The Team Lead Market Intelligence will oversee the Market Intelligence/Market Research hub, ensuring the team delivers actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and support business growth

Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement market intelligence strategies. Lead and mentor team members
2. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics
3. Data & Insights: Oversee data collection and interpretation. Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
4. Reporting and Communication: Present findings to senior management. Create reports and dashboards
5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product development to align market insights
6. Project Management: Manage multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights
Qualifications
7. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
8. Experience: 5 years in market intelligence, business analytics, or strategic marketing. Preferably in the animal feed or agribusiness sector
9. Skills:Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis platforms (., Nielsen, Euromonitor, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights Strong people management and mentoring abilities
