You’ve seen the pitfalls and various challenges that can arise in large-scale SaaS implementation projects. /p pbExpert reasoning and decision-making: /b You are able to reason under ambiguity, weigh customer needs against standards and scalability, identify solution-fit risks, and make sound decisions on when to proceed, adapt, or elevate. /p pbProblem-solving ability: /b You own end-to-end solution design for complex cases, perform quality reviews, and safeguard alignment with standards, product direction, and long-term customer success. /p pbTechnical comfort: /b You should be comfortable with the technical configuration of IT systems and SaaS in particular and have a good understanding of how they work. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. /p pbYou are experienced in functional analysis: /b You are experienced in functional analysis and can translate business concepts into technical requirements, and document solutions clearly and consistently. /p pbContent-driven and hands-on: /b You are content-driven and have a desire to be hands-on with software systems. You thrive on diving into the details and are eager to understand the ins and outs of the software you’re working with. /p pbCommunication skills: /b Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will need to articulate complex technical solutions in a way that both team members and clients can understand. /p pbNice to have extras: /b /p pProject Management skills: Proven track record in successfully managing and completing large implementation projects. /p pProven experience in product enhancement on a SaaS product. /p pKnowledge of supply chain processes. /p pExperience in the life-sciences and pharmaceutical industry. /p pTeam Leadership: Experience in leading or coaching teams is a plus, as this role serves as the next step for experienced implementation consultants.
