To further support our growth in this sector, we are looking for a Senior Project & Account Manager Life Sciences — someone who combines sharp project management skills with genuine relationship-building and business development capabilities.
In practice, this means you:
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects in life sciences from kick-off to delivery — on time, on scope, on budget.
* Are the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building relationships based on trust and expertise. You make sure the right things happen at the right time and that clients feel guided and confident throughout the project delivery.
* Are responsible for coaching and supporting consultants and project teams throughout the delivery of multiple projects.
* Identify opportunities to grow our current accounts and work closely with colleagues to develop proposals aligned with customer needs.
* Build a sales pipeline of potential new customers through a diversity of business development actions: attending network events, hosting webinars and seminars, creating marketing campaigns together with our marketing team, spotting new challenges before they become problems, and positioning Möbius as a long-term partner.
* Contribute to service development by sharing sector knowledge and best practices across the team.
Our ideal Project & Account Manager Life Sciences:
* Holds a master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
* Brings between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting or project-based environment in the life sciences sector
* Has a strong track record of leading complex transformation or improvement projects with multiple stakeholders: multiple departments, countries, regulatory bodies, distributors, healthcare professionals, and ultimately patients as the end customer.
* Is familiar with the challenges life sciences companies face today — whether that's Health Economics, Market access & Reimbursement, supply chain forecasting, customer service model redesign, operational excellence, lifecycle management, or people & organisation.
* Is a natural relationship builder — you listen well, communicate with confidence, and earn trust at senior levels. Your commercial skills open up doors with potential new customers.
* Communicates clearly in both Dutch and English to technical and non-technical audiences alike. A strong knowledge of French is an asset.
* Is a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and lifting others.
