Mission.
Your responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the realization of new initiatives and solutions, working closely with a (Cluster) Product Owner or an Initiative Owner.
1. Collaborate with Process Experts, Channel Managers, Product Owners/Specialists, UX Designers, and IT Architects.
2. Estimate the potential value of initiatives.
3. Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and requirements.
4. Support the (Cluster) Product Owner in defining Product Concepts and OKRs.
5. Contribute to business case development and prioritize customer and user needs.
6. Design and support solution delivery and value realization.
7. Manage stakeholders and define acceptance criteria.
8. Participate in Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) and review meetings.
9. Support backlog clarification and refinement.
10. Ensure respect of Feature scope during development.
