Job description
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have:
1. A Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Bioengineering (Chemistry), or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in R&D, with a strong focus on product and raw material development in a production environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of food chemistry, food physics, and analytical problem-solving.
4. A scientific mindset with hands-on experience in fundamental research, including experimental setups.
5. A creative and structured approach, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
6. Strong experience with stakeholdermangement and fluency in English.
7. Willingness to travel on a regular basis (20%), as our factories are located globally.
