Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with independent opticians to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective account management and promoting our lenses as the preferred choice. This involves negotiating sales agreements, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase sales.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a field call program to engage with independent direct and indirect accounts
* Selling the full range of our lenses to increase sales and establish us as the preferred supplier
* Presenting marketing and commercial activities to key staff, agreeing on actions and processes necessary for success
* Regularly reviewing customer business activity, product range, and supplier preferences to promote our lenses as the first choice
