Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing EU-funded projects and be part of a dynamic team of professionals? The European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training (EVBB) is seeking a self-motivated and proactive EU Projects Management Intern with excellent English language skills to join our team in Brussels.
Our team offers high-quality, customized project implementation services, turning innovative ideas into funded projects. This includes everything from EU grants to private investment identification, consortium building, application writing, expert selection, negotiation, budgeting, quality control, and project evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in project implementation, including the coordination of current partnerships.
- Risk & Timeline Management: Support in managing project timetables, identifying implementation risks, and working on solutions.
- Reporting: Help in preparing and submitting monitoring reports to responsible Managing Authorities.
- Communication: Assist in managing communication with third parties and stakeholders during project implementation.
- Quality Control: Support in drafting deliverables or supervising their quality.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Excellent English language skills (mother tongue or C1/C2 level).
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
