You will:Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance while keeping managers updated on key HR developments.Deliver a warm and professional new hire orientation to set employees up for success.Support managers with performance management and fair, consistent HR practices.Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files in line with company standards and legal requirements.Partner with our leave administrator to manage and track all types of employee leave.Coach managers and employees to strengthen teamwork, communication, and overall workplace culture.Build engagement through regular contact with employees and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.Lead the screening, hiring, onboarding and early development of new employees so they can add value quickly.Support key GXO HR initiatives across the site.Work safely and help promote a safe environment for all colleagues and visitors.Contribute to environmental awareness and GXO’s sustainability initiatives.Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and continuous improvement efforts.What You Need To Be SuccessfulStrong verbal and written communication in Dutch and French, plus basic English.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong administrator or Customer service expertise with focus on peopleWillingness to travel to other sites when needed.Confident using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
