What we are looking for
* Technical background: you can write code, work with APIs, and build automations end to end. This is not a marketing role.
* Hands-on with AI tools and LLM workflows: you know how to prompt, chain, and integrate models into real processes.
* Proficient with growth stacks: Apollo, Lemlist, n8n, HubSpot, or similar.
* Analytical mindset: you instrument what you build, measure what works, and iterate fast.
* Fluent in English.
* Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and likes building from scratch.
* Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you shape your own success.
