.Fit_to_content{width:%; Height:auto}Your roleYou join the team developing the next generation of 90– kW oil-injected screw compressors, where you take ownership of the simulation, integration and validation of new technologies. You become the technical expert for a defined set of thermo-fluid and mechanical systems, acting as the central reference point across our global organization. Your work spans modelling, engineering decisions, prototype follow-up and safeguarding innovations through patentability analysis and patent applications.You combine simulation expertise with hands-on mechanical project engineering. You research new technologies, analyse freedom-to-operate, build and validate thermo- and fluid-dynamic models, and define the tests needed to confirm performance. You work closely with designers, calculation engineers and prototype lab colleagues to ensure effective translation of physical behaviour into manufacturable, robust systems. You apply relevant international standards and integrate your insights into system architecture and mechanical design choices.On the project engineering side, you drive subsystem design studies, define technical specifications, coordinate risk analyses, and follow prototypes through assembly and testing. You interact autonomously with suppliers and cross-functional teams in production, quality, service and purchasing.
