An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a staffing and recruiting firm specializing in unique talent solutions with an international presence. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Endoscopy Equipments) to join this organization.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Brazil go-to-market strategy for endoscopy systems and imaging components.
* Build market presence from zero
* Start up factory for manufacturing of their own patents
* Identify market opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
* Appoint and manage medical device distributors.
* Develop relationships with surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and biomedical teams.
* Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical evaluations.
* Support product registration with local Ministry of Health.
* Track competitor activities and market trends.
* Maintain sales pipeline discipline and deliver monthly business updates.
* Provide solution recommendations based on clinical requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 5-10 years of sales/business development experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
* Strong understanding of local medical device distribution landscape.
* Existing network with hospitals, distributors, or healthcare stakeholders preferred.
* Familiarity with public and private hospital buying processes.
* Exposure to endoscopy systems, medical imaging systems, surgical equipment, or clinical capital equipment.
* Ability to work independently as the first local headcount.
* Fluent in Metropolitan English, Speak, read and write, Brazilian Portugese
* Strong commercial negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel within Brazil
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
