The AWS Platform Technical Lead
is accountable for architecting, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS solutions. This role ensures platform reliability, optimizes cloud spend, enforces security and compliance, and promotes cross-team collaboration. Acting as the link between business objectives and technical execution, the Technical Lead drives innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across cloud environments.

* Cloud Architecture
: Design and implement secure, scalable AWS solutions aligned with business goals.

: Define standards, enforce compliance, and ensure operational excellence across multi-account environments.
* Incident Management
: Lead resolution of major cloud incidents and drive root cause analysis.

: Monitor and optimize AWS services for availability and efficiency using automation and observability tools.

: Deliver consistent deployments via Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines.

: Manage access controls, vulnerabilities, and regulatory adherence (GDPR, NIST).
* FinOps
: Apply tagging, cost optimization, and chargeback models for financial accountability.

: Assess emerging AWS technologies and define strategic roadmaps for adoption.

: Bridge architecture, operations, and delivery teams; mentor engineers; influence stakeholders.
