As a Senior Offering and Pricing Lead, you are in charge of the commercial offering and pricing at OMP, both for OMP’s SaaS supply chain planning products and our consulting services. Your mission is to shape OMP’s offering, define adequate pricing models fit for the different industries served by OMP, and actively participate in their correct application. You work both on a strategic and hands-on level, supporting OMP’s commercial organization in building competitive pricing proposals, ensuring high-quality standards in all offers, and improving pricing-related processes across the company. You partner closely with our Commercial, Legal, Business Administration, and Account Management teams to work on complex B2B deals worldwide where you are responsible for overseeing correct application of OMP’s pricing policies. You ensure pricing consistency, contractual alignment, and commercial excellence throughout the customer lifecycle — from first offer to contract renewal. You are responsible for: Defining and maintaining OMP’s commercial offering structure, including SaaS, services, and upcoming solutions, together with related pricing policies and materials. Developing pricing models for new products, features, and services, ensuring consistency with the overall commercial and market strategy. Creating and maintaining standardized offer templates and commercial materials to support consistent and efficient proposal development. Building pricing and costing scenarios for deals based on size, industry and complexity to support informed commercial decisions. Acting as a hands-on deal desk expert, supporting sales during negotiations with timely, accurate pricing guidance and commercial expertise. Reviewing complex proposals to ensure alignment with pricing guidelines, company strategy, and contractual frameworks. Safeguarding deal quality and pricing consistency by acting as a gatekeeper and monitoring adherence to commercial standards. Tracking pricing and costing KPIs, reporting insights to commercial leadership, supporting renewals with account teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve pricing, contracting, and billing processes.
