Lotus Bakeries is seeking an Application & Program Manager to spearhead our ICT teams towards new heights and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technological landscape.
Our ICT Department ensures that our colleagues around the world can perform their roles in the best way possible through a secure ICT infrastructure and software applications. To realize our ambitions we are looking for a born people manager with the necessary drive and know-how to help lift our ICT teams to a higher level.

As the Application & Program Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead multiple ICT teams, each with its own domain lead, united by a common goal: develop and implement innovative technologies that help grow our business while providing our users with the necessary advice for all their ICT challenges.
2. In this dynamic role, you'll wear many hats. As a coach, you'll mentor and empower our domain leads, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous growth, and skill enhancement.
3. As a Program Manager, you'll oversee our Application Roadmap, ensuring that our technological initiatives align seamlessly with our business objectives. This includes also our SAP technology roadmap (S/4, BW/4HANA). Your strategic insight and comprehensive understanding of our business needs will enable us to build robust architectures and platforms that propel us towards success.
4. Collaboration is key at Lotus Bakeries. You'll work closely with the ICT Director and ICT Infrastructure Manager to shape our technological landscape. Together, you'll consult on existing and new applications and platforms, charting a course for our future through meticulous roadmap planning and project management.

6. You can navigate stakeholder relationships in a global environment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
7. Your architectural knowledge of SAP application landscapes, coupled with a keen eye for emerging technologies, will drive our technological evolution.
8. You have a pragmatic approach to program and project management methodologies. Your adeptness in change management will facilitate smooth transitions during the implementation of new or modified functionality.
9. Finally, you are fluent in Dutch and English.
