Your role:
* Lead Pixie's market entry and business development strategy in Belgium.
* Build and nurture relationships with new clients and partners.
* Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Select, onboard and mentor junior - Medior Business managers
What we are looking for:
* Full autonomy in business development within the IT staffing industry.
* Deep understanding of the Belgian market and professional culture.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong network in staffing, or tech sectors.
* Fluent in English and French.
