Job Description:
As a Business Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading large-scale business transformations that involve the implementation of ERP/CRM systems. You will oversee the successful delivery of these projects within time, budget, and according to established quality standards and methodologies.
These business transformation projects can span multiple years and may include strategy development, target operating model creation, process optimization, and change management services. Your customers rely on you to take ownership of key positions that determine the success or failure of the project, requiring IT knowledge as well as strong soft skills like communication, leadership, and customer relations.
You will report directly to C-level sponsors of your clients and KPMG leadership due to the critical nature of our projects. As a member of enterprise solutions, you will also act as a coach for other team members and contribute to business development by assisting in market offerings, proposal writing, and expanding the business unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in CRM/ERP implementations, with at least 4 years in a project management role.
* The ability to establish credibility at the executive level, manage stakeholders, and build long-term partnerships.
* Strong independent work ethic, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in project teams and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is desirable.
* Certification in PMI, Prince2, Agile, or other project management methodologies.
* Adequate knowledge of the D365 platform and/or Power platform to guide your team.
* The capacity to motivate a team and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
* Familiarity with other ERP, CRM platforms is a plus.
