Team/division description
B2C Connected Services team is responsible for providing valuable Connected Services with memorable UX experience for Toyota & Lexus customers via companion mobile Application (MyToyota; Lexus Link+). We are responsible for planning, developing, and managing connected services for our automotive products. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including R&D, IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of connected services.
Mission: Support the transition of Toyota from automobile to a software driven mobility company
Your project
1. Conduct market research, subscription benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, willingness‑to‑pay, digital ecosystem expectations, and emerging subscription trends.
2. Continuously analyse funnel performance and introduce improvements to reduce churn and improve engagement
3. Translate insights into value propositions, use cases, and new subscription opportunities.
4. Create Customer Journey, Product Requirements and target User Experience for new Connected Services
5. Justify Business case and work with Agile Mobile App Development team to deliver
6. Plan Marketing and launch activities for new products and services
Your Profile
7. You have interest in Digital, IoT/Connected Services products
8. You know the basics of Product Planning and Project Management
9. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
10. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify issues in subscription funnels, and propose research hypothesis and improvements.
11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
