The client is looking for an Expert IT Project Manager to lead a SAS migration program from end to end.
The role requires someone able to structure the migration approach, define a clear roadmap, break it down into concrete projects, and ensure delivery within the agreed timeline, budget, resource capacity, and compliance requirements.
The consultant will act as a central coordination point between ICT and the Business, with strong ownership of planning, communication, execution follow-up, and stakeholder alignment.
The consultant will be responsible for the full coordination of projects related to the SAS migration.
Main responsibilities include:
1. analyze requirements and define a structured migration roadmap;
2. translate the roadmap into a detailed project plan;
3. split the program into individual projects with clear scope and deliverables;
4. manage projects from initiation to completion;
5. monitor timelines, budget, resources, risks, scope, and compliance requirements;
6. organize and assign tasks based on team members’ skills and availability;
7. support, coach, and follow up with project team members;
8. collect, structure, and communicate project information to stakeholders;
9. act as the main liaison between ICT and the Business;
10. coordinate and track ICT deliverables throughout the project lifecycle;
11. escalate major deviations to sponsors when needed;
12. document and maintain project knowledge for relevant stakeholders.
