They're now expanding their Belgium footprint and looking for a commercially sharp, hunter-minded Account Executive to join their buzzing Antwerp office.

What You'll Do
* Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
* Work a blended pipeline: warm inbound leads from marketing and BDRs, plus your own outbound hustle
* Get in front of clients, discovery online, then face-to-face meetings for the real conversations
* Manage complex deals with confidence and structure
Environment
* A 40-person sales team across 7 business units, experienced, energised, and collaborative
* Real structure: SDRs feeding pipeline, Sales Managers coaching you, AMs handling retention, you focus on winning
* A product with genuine market traction and a customer base that keeps renewing
* Fast, transparent hiring process, you'll know where you stand
Must-Haves
* 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SDR or AE background both considered)
* Fluent Dutch speaker
* Coachable, curious, and intrinsically motivated
* Hunter mindset, you don't wait for leads to land in your lap
Nice-to-Haves
* Full-cycle closing experience (a big plus for the senior end of the range)
* Familiarity with solution selling or complex SaaS sales motions
* Experience selling into SMB or mid-market accounts
