About The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to our strategic accounts
What You'll Own
Cross selling products and services
Manage and grow a portfolio of top Korean/Japan enterprise merchants, as well as other strategically significant APAC‑to‑Global merchants.
Trusted advisor and Industry expert
An extended member of our merchant's payment teams
Ensure alignment of merchant technology and business strategies
Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
Analytical skills to provide data deep dives for our merchants
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What You Bring
Extensive experience in account management with commercial acumen
At least 5 years of experience interacting and partnering with senior management
Keen interest in payments and technology
Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese languages will be an added advantage (but not a must) to support engagement with partners and clients in Korea/Japan
