Senior Digital Strategist — Strategie Agency
This is not a pure performance role.
We are looking for someone who can connect brand thinking with digital execution — from strategy to campaigns to performance.
You don’t just run ads.
You make sure what we say, where we say it, and how it performs is consistent, relevant and valuable for the brand.
What you bring
* 4–7 years in digital strategy / media / performance marketing (agency or similar)
* A strong understanding of brand building in digital environments
* Proven experience in hands-on campaign setup, monitoring and reporting
* You are comfortable working directly in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Ability to move from brand strategy → digital strategy → campaign execution
* Strong understanding of channel roles, funnel logic and audience behavior
* You know how to define KPIs that balance brand and performance
* You understand media budgets and how to allocate them smartly
* You combine analytical thinking with creative sensitivity
* You are trilingual: FR / NL / EN
Your role
* Translate brand strategy into digital ecosystems
* Define where the brand shows up, how it speaks and why
* Build and manage campaigns end-to-end (setup → launch → optimize)
* Ensure consistency between brand, message and channel
* Define channel roles and messaging per touchpoint
* Monitor performance and optimize with a brand perspective
* Build clear, actionable reports (linking performance to brand impact)
* Work closely with creative teams to ensure relevant and strong assets
* Guide clients on how digital contributes to both brand and business
