To strengthen ourIT team, based in Corbais, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of IT SAP BW Junior Analyst.
About the role
As an IT SAP BW Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting modern and sustainable IT Solutions that bring added value and competitive advantage to the company.
You will work with other people sharing the same passion, providing internal customers with state-of-the-art solutions and technologies. You will discover innovative technologies, learn how to work with a variety of internal customers worldwide and grow within a global team ready to face new challenges accompanied by expert team members.
Whether you work on Applications deployment, digital innovation, industry digitalization, cybersecurity or other, you have the opportunity to share your experience and knowledge and have an impact.
In the next 2 years, you will be deeply involved in a major program aiming to migrate our SAP ERP solution to the latest SAP S/4 Hana platform.
Your role and responsibilities:
1. You constantly leverage IT-solutions in your domains (deploy new reports model from data collection to dashboards) to address new business needs, optimize and support existing processes for our internal customers.
2. You participate in projects and you are involved in the various project phases: solution analysis, solution set-up, testing, training, documentation and Go Live support.
3. You support and enhance existing solutions.
4. You work in close collaboration with P2P & Maintenance departments and with other IT Teams.
5. IT Solutions In your scope: reporting on all SAP modules and budgeting/forecasting applications
6. Be part of the new reporting strategy covering SAP and non-SAP data
About you:

8. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business Management or relevant disciplines.
9. 2-5 years of experience.
10. Customer-minded/oriented.
11. Interested in Business needs and can map them in IT solutions. Highly willing to acquire and grow technical expertise.
12. Analytical and well organized.Pragmatic, business-minded approach.
13. Think through problems and visualize solutions / troubleshooting.
14. Experience in SAP BW solutions (BW/4 Hana) as well as different reporting solutions AO, BO, PowerBI.
15. Experience inBPC embedded,native SAP Hana modelling or in Embedded Analytics is a plus.
16. A self-starter, work in autonomy while collaborating with all levels of seniority within the Group.
17. Balanced and mature team player (service oriented and capable of operating in an informal network of colleagues).
18. Good communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, listening, influencing, coaching).
19. Fluent in English. French and other language is a plus.
