The firm is active in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Funds, and Corporate M&A.
As part of the reinforcement of its teams, the firm is seeking an experienced German-speaking Corporate M&A lawyer to strengthen its practice by supporting and developing a German-speaking client base.

Your Responsibilities
* Advise clients on corporate and M&A matters, including acquisitions, restructurings and corporate governance.
* Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documentation, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and ancillary documents.
* Participate in cross-border transactions, working closely with international teams.
* Support clients throughout the lifecycle of corporate transactions, from structuring to closing.
* Provide day-to-day corporate advice to a demanding international client base.
* Contribute to the smooth execution of transactions within the set deadlines.
Profile and Career Path
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, acquired within a law firm environment.
* Fluency in German and English are mandatory; French is required at a professional level.
* Solid technical background in corporate law and M&A transactions.
* You have the ability to work autonomously while integrating into a highly structured international environment.
* You have the desire to invest in a long-term career path within an international firm.
