Global Sales and Marketing Director (Work Remote / Chemical) Add expected salary to your profile for insights CONNECT ENERGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD.is an internationally accredited recruitment solutions and services consultancy.Now we're looking for Global Sales and Marketing Director as detail below;Work place : Work Remotely Salary (Monthly): Opening for negotiable Job Description Global (Preferred: USA, Europe, or Asia hub) Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets. Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing international sales team. Expand global customer base by targeting cosmetic and personal care product manufacturers. Identify and secure strategic partnerships and distribution channels. Marketing & Brand Development Lead global marketing strategy for the polymer thickeners, dispersant product line. etc. Oversee market intelligence, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting. Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to communicate product benefits and innovations. Represent the company at major trade shows, conferences, and customer events. Build strong relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and formulation experts. Act as a voice of the customer internally to guide product development and improvements. Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term supply agreements. Product & Market Expertise Understand the chemistry, functionality, and applications of polymer thickeners in cosmetics (e.g., emulsions, gels, creams). Monitor global regulatory trends impacting cosmetic ingredients (e.g., REACH, FDA, etc.). Identify market needs and lead cross-functional go-to-market plans for new products. Sales Forecasting: Forecasting sales volumes and revenues, analyzing variances, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets. Reporting: Generating sales reports, performance dashboards, and other analytical insights to inform decision-making and track progress against goals. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, or chemical engineering Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of chemical products, and market dynamics is essential. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales in the chemical industry at least 8 years or a related field. This includes a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and leading sales teams. Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients is crucial for success in sales management. Strong negotiation skills help in securing profitable deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is often required. Additionally, familiarity with chemical industry regulations, safety standards, and technical specifications can be advantageous. Can work in domestic and oversea.
