We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview to lead the deployment and optimisation of data protection and compliance tools across the organisation. This role will focus on aligning governance and risk management capabilities with business objectives and regulatory standards.Key responsibilitiesDefine and maintain the roadmap for Microsoft Purview in collaboration with team leads and data governance stakeholdersManage access controls and permissions, ensuring adherence to least privilege principlesAdminister role groups and time-bound access via Entra IDAct as the subject matter expert for Purview, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for end usersProvide integration guidance between Purview and other enterprise platformsSupport documentation efforts as part of validation and compliance processesContribute to broader team initiatives beyond Purview when neededRequired skillsStrong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (e.G. SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online)Proven track record in deploying and managing Microsoft Purview modules (e.G.
