About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare and wellness company operating a premium, membership-based clinic serving high-net-worth individuals and professionals. The business is undergoing a major growth phase, including brand repositioning, operational expansion, and system modernization.
The company delivers a high-touch, concierge-style experience that blends medical expertise with luxury service standards. Their clientele expects discretion, sophistication, and exceptional communication, making every interaction a key part of the overall brand experience.
Role Overview
The Bilingual Patient Sales & Consultation Specialist is responsible for owning the full remote patient journey—from initial inquiry to confirmed consultation or procedure. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and healthcare communication, requiring both consultative selling skills and strong emotional intelligence.
You will engage with inbound leads, educate prospective patients on services, and guide them toward booking decisions through high-touch, personalized conversations. The role is highly execution-focused but also requires independent thinking, as systems and processes are still being built.
This position is ideal for a polished, proactive sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can communicate with confidence and sophistication across diverse patient profiles.
Your Impact
You will directly influence revenue growth by converting inbound leads into booked consultations and procedures. Your ability to build trust and communicate effectively will shape the patient experience and reinforce the company’s premium positioning.
You will help streamline the remote sales process, improve conversion rates, and maintain a high-quality pipeline through consistent follow-ups and CRM management. Your insights will also contribute to refining messaging, identifying conversion blockers, and improving operational efficiency across the patient journey.
