Description MiniEnterprise Architecture Division – Enterprise Architect Division You will be joining the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at Euroclear, a leading post-trade financial market infrastructure. The EA division is an experienced and multi-disciplinary group of architects responsible for: Defining the enterprise architecture directions & standards, aligned to the company strategies & goals; Defining the investment plan to develop or transform technology roadmap and the IT capabilities supporting the business units’ strategies; Role You will be joining the ‘ Core Business Capabilities squad’, in charge of managing the architecture for our Core Business Capabilities (such as Settlement, Collateral). As an Enterprise Architect, you will guide the execution of the Euroclear Strategy and IT Transformation for this area. Key Responsibilities Enable Strategy : Analyze business and technology trends, assess emerging technologies, identify gaps between business goals and current application landscapes, and propose inclusive, forward-thinking solutions. Deliver target and transition architectures for Core services: Articulate the strategic objectives & drivers, identify the capability gaps, develop and syndicate a future state & roadmap with senior leadership Guide Implementation : Monitor application landscape evolution, manage technical debt, and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps. Support Delivery : Define architecture standards, reference patterns, principles, and guardrails. Collaborate with teams to promote consistency and shared understanding. Advise Stakeholders : Provide expert guidance on strategy, delivery, and transformation in a collaborative and respectful manner. Grow the Practice : Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture services in a supportive, inclusive environment Candidate Profile Degree in business, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience in enterprise and solution architecture, software development, business analysis, or related areas. Understanding of business and technology operating models, strategic planning, cost-benefit analysis, agile frameworks, and/or IT service delivery. Familiarity with cloud computing, event-driven systems, data management & platforms, and application integration. Experience with digital transformation, platform integration, and aligning IT with business strategies. Clear and respectful communicator who collaborates effectively and builds good relationships with diverse stakeholders. Motivated, thoughtful, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Fluent in English. Experience in Capital Markets, steering initiatives transforming core critical business services, e.g. legacy modernisations, digital assets, TOGAF certification, and knowledge of architectural frameworks and tools are a plus.
