As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities are:
* Managing the calendar and scheduling appointments for senior management.
* Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
* Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the management team.
* Organizing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
* Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
* Relevant experience in a secretarial or business support role within the business services industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and either Dutch or French.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
