Your role
How do you ensure a fast and reliable service flow in a complex, global organization? As a business process expert master data management at Atlas Copco Group Airpower, you will play a key role in making sure our service organization can rely on accurate, consistent, and accessible master data. Master data is the backbone of quoting, asset identification, account setup, and partner collaboration. As our organization has grown, so has the complexity of managing this data across systems and teams.
As a business process expert master data management, you will work closely with the Business Process Manager Airpower and support projects that drive efficiency across the entire Service organization. You will build a deep understanding of master data processes and how they are used across applications, with a strong focus on SAP Act. You will analyze existing processes together with our Installed Base Hub in Brno, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear specifications for system and process enhancements.
You will assess reported system issues, coordinate with Act to drive solutions, and ensure new developments are properly tested in SAP and integrated systems. In this role, you act as a key link between customer centers, divisional teams, the MDM hub, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will support the rollout and adoption of both existing and new processes, train key users, and serve as a point of contact for master data-related questions. You will also contribute to change management initiatives and participate in new projects initiated within the CTS division. This role involves regular interaction with customer centers and requires willingness to travel.

* Basic understanding of CTS master data and the different systems involved.
* Experience in SAP
* Hands-on experience in process related improvements
