PpThe Technical Consultant (TC) is a key role within our Global Services organization, responsible for delivering high‑quality technical solutions to clients and partners while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. /p pThis role is based in Belgium and works closely with local and international stakeholders. /p pInternally, the TC collaborates on solution design to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and the future‑proof use of Zeta’s products. /p pThe TC owns solution delivery end‑to‑end, including configuration, quality assurance testing, and technical consultation, working closely with clients and partners to ensure successful UAT and project go‑live. /p pTo be successful in this role, you will be customer‑focused, technically adept, and committed to continuous improvement. You will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and an autonomous mindset while remaining flexible and collaborative in a dynamic, project‑based environment. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liUnderstand customer business and technical requirements and deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions /li liLead or contribute to consultative engagements addressing technical and business challenges related to digital marketing initiatives /li liParticipate in design workshops and business requirements definition, through to solution sign‑off /li liProvide expert input into solution design, identifying delivery impacts and recommending improvements for scalability and long‑term support /li liAct as the product expert, understanding capabilities and limitations, and ensuring solutions follow technical best practices /li liDeliver technical consultation, solution configuration, quality assurance testing, and ongoing client/partner support /li liConfigure, build, and set up the Zeta platform /li liInteract with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and project support /li liContribute to the creation, management, and presentation of actionable BRDs/SSDs (Blueprints) that align customer business needs with Zeta solutions /li liWork autonomously on smaller or well‑defined projects, while collaborating closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other technical experts on larger or more complex engagements /li liLead internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives to support the growth and success of Zeta /li liIdentify project risks and issues, proposing alternatives and mitigation strategies /li liManage multiple concurrent engagements while collaborating with cross‑functional team members /li liDeliver new implementations, migrations, and enhancement projects /li liSupport Account Executives and Go‑To‑Market teams by validating solutions and contributing to effort estimations /li liContinuously research emerging technologies, market solutions, and industry trends to stay up to date and bring relevant insights into solution design when needed /li liBe on‑site with the client in Brussels up to two days per week to support discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment /li liTravel to client or partner sites for onsite discovery and solution presentations as required /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liUniversity degree (Business, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency /li li3+ years of experience in a technical role /li liNative French speaker with professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus /li liBased in Belgium and eligible to work in Belgium /li liStrong presentation and verbal communication skills with technical, non‑technical, end‑user, and executive audiences /li liExperience developing SQL using RDBMS platforms such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server /li liFamiliarity with SOAP and REST APIs, XML/XSL, and integration techniques /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams across multiple time zones /li liDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of technical topics, and adapt quickly to different ways of working depending on project size and complexity /li liExperience in the digital marketing and/or loyalty industries is strongly preferred /li /ul h3People Culture at Zeta /h3 pZeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. /p pWe’re committed to building a workplace culture of trust and belonging, so everyone feels invited to bring their whole selves to work.
