As Customer Service Representative, you play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You are not only responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to enhance customer experience but also for end-to-end order processing and fulfillment. Your attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and exceed customer expectations will be essential in this role.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to companypolicies and procedures.
2. Enter customer orders into different systems accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Provide top-notch customer support via various channels (phone, email) to address inquiries,product issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfactionand inquire about any additional needs they may have.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance to addresscustomer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and overallcustomer satisfaction.
7. Adhere to ISO 13485 – EN9100 and the Quality Management System’s standard operatingprocedures and work instructions.
8. If needed, support other departments.

16. First experience in a customer service or after-sales role.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Willing to work in a fast paced working environment with flexible work times if needed.
19. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
20. Empathetic and customer-centric approach.
21. Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus.
22. Strong office computer and software skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, CRM; knowledge of Oracle is a plus).
