As Noovy’s local face, you'll travel across the country to connect with hoteliers and show how our
PMS all in one tech makes their lives easier. Expect a mix of strategic pitching, meaningful
relationships, and road trips with purpose.
Who is Noovy?
Noovy is Amsterdam based and a fast-growing, all-in-one hotel SaaS platform built by hoteliers, for hoteliers. Jonatan Tsuff, the founder built Noovy out of his own Hoteliers experience. We help
independent hotels digitize and simplify their operations, from reservations to revenue, check-in to
checkout. With our modern PMS, guest messaging, kiosk check-in, and payment solutions, we
deliver tech that actually works – so hoteliers can focus on what matters most: the guest.
With offices in Ireland, the Netherlands, we are a truly international team. Every new hire starts their journey with an onboarding in Amsterdam, and we reunite at least once a year at IHS to connect, celebrate and align.
What you'll do:
● Identify and approach hotels across the Flemish region.
● Grow your territory by signing new hotel partners.
● Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
● Attend trade fairs and hospitality industry events like IHS.
● Deliver product demos and work closely with Marketing.
● Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
● Travel regularly to meet hoteliers and build relationships.
You bring:
● Nativelevel fluency in Dutch/Flemish or French
● 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales in hospitality/travel.
● A networker’s mindset and fluent in local language & English (nativelevel Dutch/Flemish or French required)
● Confidence using digital tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
● A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
● Full-time availability and valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
● Your target region is more of south of Netherlands and Belgium.
