ResponsibilityAs an SAP Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through successful SAP S/4HANA implementations. You'll lead transformative projects that drive business value and enhance digital capabilities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the process.- Project Leadership: Oversee full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, from initiation to delivery.- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.- Team Leadership: Manage and align cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.- Scope & Risk Management: Define project scope, handle change requests, and proactively address project risks.- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts to grow client engagements.Key Skills- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, along with over 10 years of experience leading complex SAP projects.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues diplomatically, and deliver value-added solutions.- A strategic mindset and business-oriented approach, with a track record of identifying and driving growth opportunities.- Team-oriented and customer-centric, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.- Fluency in Dutch (native level) and professional proficiency in English.
