That’s why they are hiring Field Account Executives, based in:
Brussels
Antwerp
Ghent

You will join at an exciting moment: the market is there, the product is ready — now it’s about conquering territory.


About the job

As a Field Account Executive, you are the face of the company on the ground.
You spend most of your time:
5. meeting merchants
6. opening new doors
7. and turning conversations into partnerships
Your mission will be to:
8. Actively prospect in your region (local networking, field actions)
9. Open new accounts and build long-term relationships with business owners
10. Sell a full solution: payments, accounts, cards and financing
11. Manage your own pipeline from A to Z in collaboration with the telesales and SDR team
12. Follow your clients during their first year to ensure adoption and satisfaction
13. Position yourself as a business partner, not just a product seller
You’re not just pushing terminals — you help entrepreneurs manage and grow their business.


About the ideal candidate

You have:
14. – years’ experience in BB field sales
15. A background in FinTech, payments, hospitality tech or FMCG is a strong plus
16. A hunter mentality: you like prospecting, closing and building markets
You are:
17. Autonomous, disciplined and resilient
18. Comfortable in fast-changing, scale-up environments
19. Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools
20. Motivated by results, ownership and impact
Languages:
21. Fluent in Dutch or French (depending on region) + professional English
