Join Euroclear as an HR Data Quality & Data analyst Intern
At Euroclear, people and data are at the heart of our success. We are looking for a motivated student to support us in the context of an important transformation programme, focused on improving the quality, structure, and reliability of our HR data.
Over 6 months, you will gain hands‑on experience navigating our organizational structure, collaborating with stakeholders across divisions, and enhancing critical HR data processes that support Euroclear’s strategic goals.
Your Mission
1. Analyze, correct, and improve key HR data in the core HR system
2. Assess data collection processes and propose improvements
3. Review and validate organizational structures with business stakeholders
4. Identify quality issues and recommend remediation actions
5. Document process improvements and contribute to updated guidance
6. Promote and explain HR data best practices across teams
Your Responsibilities Data Quality & Structure
7. Audit and correct HR data inconsistencies
8. Support the optimisation of HR data models
9. Ensure alignment between organisational data and actual business structures
10. Evaluate existing data collection workflows
11. Suggest process optimisation to improve accuracy and sustainability
12. Contribute to documentation and recommendations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
13. Engage with HR and non‑HR colleagues across divisions
14. Guide stakeholders toward consistent HR data practices
