We are seeking an experienced IT support professional with expertise in Azure and Microsoft 365.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide second- and third-line support for Azure & M365
* Analyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow
* Troubleshoot and support issues related to Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
* Collaborate on projects (migrations, ITIL processes, security testing)
Requirements:
• 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2-3 years on L2/L3 level
• Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365
• Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
• Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus)
• Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
