Your Role
As Sales Manager for our Machine Graphics division, you will be responsible for expanding our activities in Belgium. You maintain existing client relationships, spot new opportunities, and actively build sustainable partnerships with OEM Machine Builders and graphic applications related to public transport.
You represent our company values in everything you do and act as an important ambassador for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and further develop an existing customer portfolio
* Actively prospect and identify new clients
* Prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals
* Work closely with our technical design team to develop solutions perfectly aligned with customer needs
* Set up an annual sales budget plan and report to the Sales Director
* Contribute to accurate administration and follow-up with support from our Sales Administration team
You also pay close attention to sustainability, safety and quality, and follow all procedures regarding environment, materials and safety.
Your Profile
* Strong commercial skills and a proactive attitude
* Talent for relationship management: you build trust and retain key accounts
* Experience with high-level negotiations
* An extensive network or the ability to build one quickly
* The skill to translate customer needs into concrete solutions
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
