About Us
At KPMG, professionals join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common purpose: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.
The M&A Advisory team, part of KPMG’s Deals & Strategy practice, advises clients on potential mergers, sales, and acquisitions of companies. The team supports clients throughout all phases of an M&A transaction, from the earliest stages-when the client (Corporate or private shareholder) is considering strategic options-through to the final phase, assisting with the conclusion and signing of an agreement.
