The Role
This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are seeking an experienced Director, HR Functional Lead to oversee the day‑to‑day HR Operations within the new Global Shared Services (GSS). This role will have oversight of key operational processes across HR’s multi‑functional areas. The role will have an initial focus of leading transition activities, including knowledge transfer, process stabilization, and readiness for steady‑state operations. Once established, this senior leader will drive operational delivery, service excellence, compliance, talent development, and continuous improvement for all HR processes.
