We are looking for a Project Manager capable of managing and preparing small projects independently, as well as overseeing contractors and site activities. Roles and responsibilities: Small projects Feasibility study Budgeting Technical study – quantity surveying – drafting plans Contractor coordination Schedule management Supervision of execution and as-built documentation Large projects Participation in Design concepts (special techniques) from the start Managing the collection of technical information with the client’s internal managers (technical feasibility) Site supervision Technical data sheet "validation" Attendance at weekly follow-up and coordination meetings Contractor coordination Follow-up and coordination of issue resolution Management of the study retroplanning to ensure deliverables for tenders Your background You are an Industrial Engineer in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent through your experience in building techniques. Your solid experience as a project manager enables you to manage multidisciplinary projects, from design to implementation phase. You are also familiar with resource planning, quality monitoring and budget control. You are communicatively strong, persuasive, results-oriented and above all customer-oriented. You are fluent in French and you have a good proficiency in English. Knowledge of the Dutch language is an asset. Why join Arcadis?
