Provide strong leadership and motivate cross-functional, international project teams. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery. Control project budgets and perform financial reporting and forecasting. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Facilitate effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Coordinate between multiple disciplines including engineering, IT, operations, construction, automation, … Act as the key escalation point across teams and ensure operational readiness through training, testing, start-up support, and optimization.
