Manpower Bruges is looking for a motivated Baker for a warm and welcoming bakery in Ruddervoorde whos ready to roll up their sleeves and work night shifts.

Job Description:
What will you do?
As a night baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious bakery products:
1. Youll prepare dough for various breads and pastries.
2. You follow recipes closely, using the correct ingredients.
3. You process doughs with care and precision into high-quality final products.
4. You ensure proper storage of semi-finished and finished goods.
5. You keep your workspace and tools clean and in line with HACCP hygiene standards.
6. You work closely with your colleagues and report to the night shift supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
Who are we looking for?
7. You have formal training as a baker or equivalent experience (passionate hobby bakers are also welcome!).
8. You work with precision, can take initiative, and are also a team player.
9. Youre comfortable with night shifts and available to work on weekends.
10. You have initial experience in the food industry and basic knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP).
11. You speak Dutch or English.

12. Schedule: 10 PM 6 AM, including weekend work (in return, you get 2 days off during the week).
13. Salary: Starting from 16/hour for junior profiles.
