Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.
Hotel Amigo is seeking an IT Support who will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous optimization of the hotel's IT and automation systems.
Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
* Manage internal and external IT networks (including operational sites).
* Support or lead the rollout of new IT projects, ensure their follow-up, and communicate relevant information.
* Ensure correct implementation and adherence to usage and security procedures.
* Troubleshoots user issues, provides support, delivers training and instructions as needed.
* Process statistical data and provide IT reports for various departments.
* Maintain inventory and ensure the proper functioning of all IT equipment.
Who we are looking for
About
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
* Fluent French and English proficiency, both spoken and written
* Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility to respond to urgent IT issues outside of regular working hours.
