Let’s Get Down To Business
We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Data/Digital team.
1. Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and prioritize functional requirements.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business processes.
3. Translate business and technical needs into clear and concise functional descriptions.
4. Develop comprehensive test plans and support testing efforts to ensure quality deliverables.
5. Provide guidance to clients on best practices and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
6. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all the following skills and experience:
7. 3-8 years Functional Analysis experience
8. Agile related delivery experience
9. Proficiency in facilitating sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements
10. Familiar with epic, user story writing
11. Demonstrated ability to independently lead meetings with team members and stakeholders
12. Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
13. Effective and empathetic communicator with good interpersonal skills
14. Agile methodology experience (SAFe)
15. Financial Industry experience
16. Experience in Commercial, Digital and Retail banking
