Medical Customer Success Manager

Location: Leuven, Belgium
Department: Sales & Business Development
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Are you passionate about customer success and medical software? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic medical sales team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our customers in hospitals and academia, ensuring they fully benefit from our medical software solutions and are delighted with our partnership. You’ll guide them from the initial onboarding through their entire journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead new medical customers through a smooth onboarding process for successful software implementation.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in medical organizations.
3. Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
4. Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and support them in achieving their medical goals.
5. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to discuss progress, gather feedback, and identify further value opportunities.
6. Collaborate closely with the direct sales team, inside sales, product, and marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
7. Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
8. Assist medical customers in identifying and realizing the value of our software in their specific context.
9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that benefit the customer.

Your Profile:

10. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a medical-related education is a plus.
11. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in the medical software industry.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with medical professionals and internal teams.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
15. Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.
16. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping medical customers succeed.
17. Willingness to travel (15 – 20% of the time) within the assigned region.
