Your new role As an ERP Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company's ERP system. After an initial onboarding period alongside an experienced consultant, you will take ownership of system administration and data integrity. Your responsibilities includeManaging and improving data quality, including loading and updating data via AccessMonitoring data integrity and ensuring complianceProviding user support and following up on support casesDocumenting processes, creating user guides, and delivering demosManaging users and licenses for ERP and related toolsSupporting reporting and documentation of system functionalitiesCollaborating on customizations and system improvementsThis position offers a high degree of autonomy and interaction with various stakeholders across departments.
